		<description>Thank you!  I just watched DVD 13 from the Happy Horse series and this blog post is a perfect companion.  I recently moved up to Training Level eventing, which uses First Level dressage movements, and I have been working on my lengthenings.  I will bookmark this for future reference!</description>

I have repeatedly followed tip 3 but I am unsure of what I am feeling after so much of the quicker, shorter strides... I think seeing your process will help the image stick... can you help?</description>
