		<description>Hi Jane, I&#039;ve been riding for about 8 years and recently had a lesson where it seemed as though every word out of the instructor&#039;s mouth was &quot;DON&#039;T&quot;. By the end of the lesson I felt as though I couldn&#039;t ride because every move I made was met not only with negativity but forced me to focus on the negative. In retrospect I think she lacked the ability to articulate the instructions in a more positive way. (Example: Don&#039;t pull back on the reins. Rephrase: Push the horse forward into the bridle.) Then this newsletter. How perfectly timed it was.</description>
